Assisted Living

Assisted Living is the fasting growing section of the senior market.  Typically arranged as congregate living from apartment communities to single-family cottage-style housing, assisted living provides more assistance with the daily living activities and routine services that do not require skilled medical care.  Routine services such as 24-hour security, laundry and housekeeping services, transportation services, medication management, and emergency call systems are typical.  Level of care may vary from facility to facility.  Most facilities allow residents to select their own private health care service providers.

Assisted Living Residences are for people who need assistance with daily living activities but wish to live as independently as possible.  The goal of Assisted Living is to maximize a resident’s dignity, autonomy, privacy, independence, choice and safety.
